The Founders of KBNI

Dr. Thomas N. Bechem, B.S. MBA

Rev Dr. Thomas Bechem is the visionary and co-founder of Kingdom  Business Network International. His passion to advance the Kingdom through the KBN platform stems from the existing gap amongst Kingdom Entrepreneurs and Ministry Leaders World Wide. Furthermore, the Kingdom of God has been divided by various factions due to wrong doctrines. This gap has a devastating effect on fulfilling the Great Commission.(Matt 28:19). According to Matt 24:14 “And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come. To fulfill this scripture of preaching the gospel in all the world requires kingdom resources, and good news is that the scriptures assure us that, “The earth is the Lord’s, and all its fullness, The world and those who dwell therein. (Ps 24:1), The silver and the gold are said the LORD of hosts (Hag 2:8), For every animal in the forest is mine, and a cattle on a thousand hills(Ps 50:10). Hallelujah. Everything to advance the Kingdom of God is here and the LORD has given us Dominion over everything(Gen 1:27-28). KBNI serves to bridge the gap and unite the body of Christ with resources and tools to advance the Kingdom.
 
Pastor Thomas holds a doctorate in Divinity/Biblical Studies from My Life Theological University, Washington, DC. Prior to his doctorate, he acquired postgraduate education in Biblical Studies from Christian Leadership University, Buffalo, New York, and holds an MBA in Finance/Project Management from Strayer University, Takoma Park, Maryland. His Undergraduate Studies and Degree in Geology & Environmental Sciences fascinate him with the Wonders and Beauty of God’s creation, to which all the Resources to advance the Kingdom have been provided to Mankind here on Planet Earth. Pastor Thomas also acquired a Certificate in Pastoral Ministry through the STEP Program of Eastern Mennonite University in Lancaster, PA.  
 
Pastor Thomas is the pastor of Tabernacle of Praise with a shepherd heart to care for the flock God entrusted in his watch. He goes above and beyond the call of ministry to see that all goes well with the flock. Pastor Thomas has been involved in evangelism and soul-winning since 2006. Through this Street Ministry, many came to Christ and with many recorded healings and deliverance testimonies. He was called to start an Addiction, Drug, and Alcohol Restoration Program in 2015, which led many of the victims, who attended the program, to repentance from their sins,  acceptance of Christ , and the beginning of a renewed and restored life in the community.

Karmen A. Booker, B.A. Juris Doctor

Attorney, Business & Nonprofit Consultant, Speaker, 18-Time Author

Karmen A. Booker is a native of Atlanta, Georgia. She attended school there, and later  attended Howard University where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a Juris  Doctor Degree. 

Minister Karmen A. Booker has been called by God to exhort and teach others the Word of God. She is the Founder of Wings of Love Women’s Ministry (WLWM) a ministry that helps women of abuse realize healing and spiritual growth, while cultivating their God-given gifts and ministering in their local churches, communities and the world.

WLWM helps women who have battled physical and emotional abuse in their lives. We encourage victims of abuse to go forth and grow in their personal relationship with Jesus Christ with more commitment and boldness, knowing that through healing and restoration “the good work God has began in them He will complete.”

WLWM offers ministry resource products in the form of books and poetry posters that are designed to encourage you to grow in your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and take you to higher spiritual heights of knowledge and understanding of the Word of God.

Ms. Booker is an Attorney and Business / Nonprofit Consultant with expertise in various  areas of law and business strategy. She is the founder of Compu-Perfect Professional  Services, a consulting firm that specializes in business entity formation, securing federal  501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) tax-exempt status, contract drafting, copyright and trademark  searches and registrations, as well as estate planning services.  

Ms. Booker has written and self-published several books – “Discovering Your Spiritual  Gifts”, “Seeking the Face of God”, “You Are God’s Masterpiece”, “Christian Mentoring  Guide for Women”, “You Are Called to Greatness”, “Biblical Entrepreneurship”,  “Connecting Your Way to Relationships that Lead to Success”, “Entrepreneurship is for  You”, “How to Start a Nonprofit Organization”, “Estate Planning Kit, and “Legal Essentials for Authors  and Writers”.
